I love my job, both being in clinic and teaching nutrition students at Latrobe University. I am passionate about finding out how the greatest machine ever designed... our body... works and creates our states of health, disease, happiness and misery. I believe that the secrets to a life well lived reside within our body. As such, i have dedicated my life studying and practising various sciences and approaches investigating this. From genetics, biochemistry, anatomy, psychology, neurolingusitic programming to nutrition, exercise, breath, sleep and much more. I am what you may call a very integrative practitioner, as i recognise that health and our experiences are influenced by so much more than just nutrition.

In our current divided health and medical model, i chose to work holistically and address every aspect of our human experience. This includes body, mind, emotions and energy. Because we are energy and the body needs energy to survive and perform all it's functions.

To experience lasting health, vitality, mental acuity and emotional balance we must first admit that we need to work with the whole and move away from the quick fix approach which causes so many problems. Without addressing the cause we will continue experiencing the same repeating issues and no progress.
