Welcome to Bomba, a two-level venue with a festive Spanish Tapas Restaurant on the ground floor and Rooftop Bar in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. Returning to our Spanish roots, Bomba is our take on a Spanish workers bar, inspired by our love for the modern bodega. That’s local, fresh, seasonal produce crafted into flavorsome, simple, well executed and accessible Spanish tapas. Our inner city Spanish restaurant & rooftop bar came to fruition in 2013 with the simple desire to share our love for all things Spanish with fellow Melbourne foodies- Tapas, Vermouth, Catalonian wine, the whole nine yards.The need to share the splendors of Spain doesn’t stop there. Along with our highly rated Spanish food & rooftop cocktails, Bomba teamed up with fellow drinking enthusiast to bring the best in Catalonian wine and vermouth delivered straight to your door. Watch the afternoon change to evening over the Melbourne skyline at our upstairs rooftop bar open until late every night. With a smart retractable roof in defense of Melbourne’s fickle weather patterns, we’re the perfect perch for after work drinks and a tapas fix.
