Since 1947, the CA has provided learning to the Victorian community through a wide range of programs and services, adapting to confront the always changing needs of adult learners. CA delivers accredited courses designed to aid adults entire their lesser education and begin or change their career direction, as well as a routine calendar of laughter and educational short courses. Opening in 1947, the Council of Adult Education was established lower Victorian Government legislation with a long charter to bear mature education. CA’s founding director was Colin Badger. Today, the CA offers a range of programs and services with a powerful focus in arts, languages and mature lesser education.
