AUTHENTIC AUSTRALIAN SMOKEHOUSE :Refined over many years our proprietary technology produces the best natural Australian smokehouse products on the market.It starts from the wooded hinterland forests of Victoria where just one of our prime woods is selected for our naturally smoked products. In an area where the morning fog can be thick and the dew wet, the fresh wood is harvested, dried and chipped. From here the production of our unique range begins.Known for producing the finest quality cold smoked products, Crabtree’s Smokehouse can be found where quality matters. Some of our customers include the finest of restaurants, hotels and wineries.Our proprietary cold smoking technology enables us to manage the amount of smoke as well as the temperature, allowing us to cold smoke foods such as cheese and salmon without applying direct heat or cooking the product. CHILLED FOOD :Our smokehouse produces smoked foods that are shelf ready as well as chilled. All chilled food orders outside of metro Melbourne will require chilled transportation by a third party service provider. As a result, all chilled food orders must be placed through our wholesale inquiry form or by email at sales@smokehouse.com.au so we can work with you to get a good price on transportation.All shelf ready foods are available to be purchased directly through our website as they do not require a special refrigeration service. Our $8 flat rate fee applies for any size order.
