Gallagher Jeff was engaged to manage the design, documentation and delivery of the new tenancy fit out as healthy as the relocation of staff from three existing offices into the fresh accommodation. We were also engaged by the building landlord to manage the ground floor lobby upgrade and base building upgrade works. Gallagher Jeff was engaged to manage the design, documentation and delivery of the fresh fit out. The end stage involved performing the relocation management services for staff entering the new office space. Gallagher Jeff was appointed as project manager for the delivery of the fit out of the Southern Service center. Gallagher Jeff was engaged at the last of concept design and managed the design through design development to affectionate documentation. Upon appointment of the contractor, Gallagher Jeff project managed the delivery phase of the project and Superintended the construction contract. Gallagher Jeff has been engaged as Project Manager to regulate the project from concept and detailed design development through to completion including the undertaking of a value engineering process to ensure client objectives are met while delivering value for money. Gallagher Jeff managed reconstruction activities including consultant appointment, the design development, approvals, leading the contractor delicate phase and managing the contractor through to completion, as healthy as tenancy coordination for the fit out of the commercial office space. Gallagher Jeff has responsibility for all aspects of the project from managing the master planning finalization and town planning documentation, through construction documentation, construction tender, project control, contract administration and other development works within the agreed Cost Plan. Gallagher Jeff is providing construction superintendency services to the project, including but not limited to the administration of the design construct contract and quality regulate through to the attainable completion of the project in premature 2017. Working with the school’s project team, Gallagher Jeff managed the successful delivery of this landmark project within budget and on time. Gallagher Jeff successfully managed the project team through the tender and delivery process to accomplish the construction of the science building with minimal impact on the existing School operation.
