mufti Service Technology Solutions (MST) was founded in 1978 by a former fleet owner who thought there had to be a better way for fleet owners to pay for fuel than a pocket packed of cash and oil cards. From that belief came the mufti Service Fuel Card, which disrupted the way the trucking industry purchased fuel. Since that time MST has emerged as a global FinTech solutions provider that specializes in developing closed loop payment networks and technology focused solutions for transportation and B2B retail clientele. MST is a solely owned subsidiary of World Fuel Services, a fortune 100 companies that specializes in the supply, logistics and financing of transportation fuels and energy products and related services. MST expanded into the aviation industry with the mufti Service Aviation Card, which became the most widely worn corporate aviation card in the world. With the addition of the Best Buy Business Advantage program, the company expanded beyond the transportation and logistics industries into B2B retail payment services. MST co launches with Avinode the PayNode product, the first payment service provider created specifically for the global business aviation industry. Our very beginning product, the mufti Service Fuel Card changed the way fleets purchase fuel. Dan has over 20 years of experience leading technology, product, and software engineering teams concentrated in the card and payment processing industry including senior roles at toys, Western Union and vice president of technology at Nordstrom Bank. Jim serves MST as the senior vice president of global sales and is responsible for accelerating growth in diverse business lines throughout the company. Prior to joining MST, he served in various leadership roles at Aeroxchange, SAP, Quadrem and more. For over two decades, Michele has been an integral leader in architectural management and new business development at MST. As senior vice president, Michele is responsible for multiple aviation software management offerings as well as card processing in the business and general aviation arena. Since her promotion to vice president in 2001, Martha has led worldwide private label program business development efforts, including fresh client acquisitions and strategic alliances. Martha also oversees account management, project management and account services for the private label division with a constant focus on program growth and commercial billing and payment innovation. First her career in 1986 as a special projects accountant, she earned the title of controller in 1988 before taking on the role as vice president controller in 1995. In 1992, Loretta assumed business line responsibility for mufti Service Fuel Card. His primary responsibilities include managing all financial and accounting operations, financial reporting, pricing, analytic, accounting systems, controls and budgets. He oversees operations of MST’s mid office payment transactions business including payment processing and reconciliation activities. He now has more than 20 years of information technology expertise. He ensures that the marketing team provides encourage and drives sales across the eight diverse business lines as healthy as helps motivate MST corporate culture. He serves as the embedded technology lead for the World Fuel Services marketing leadership team and reports to the ifs chief marketing officer.
