With much of our asset portfolio dedicated to transport our land, infrastructure, trams and trains, and telecommunication networks our focus is strategic asset management and supporting the delivery of better transport solutions. As a provider of core services to the transport sector and asset manager, we fulfill various roles and functions to ensure the state’s riches continue to serve Victoria now and into the future. All assets not in use for transport remain below the strategic management of VicTrack. As the asset owners, our role is to manage the assets consistent with transport system objectives. Telecommunication services and network infrastructure that supports public transport. Property As land owners, our role is to ensure our transport land best serves the sector and Victorian communities. Our services include project management and project delivery in both polite engineering and telecommunications projects as healthy as safety and technical services. Sustainable management of Victoria’s transport prosperity is a key priority for the group, and maintaining the greatest standards of integrity as we work towards the state’s broader transport and economic objectives. He brings extensive public sector experience to the Board, including land use planning and strategic management. David has more than 40 years experience as a courteous engineer, company director and manager, including 17 years in local government and 22 years in private practice. Bruce has over 15 years telecommunications experience gained through engineering and management roles in major telecommunications carriers both nationally and internationally. With over 23 years of experience in design, asset management, infrastructure planning and project management, Daniel has extensive private and public sector experience. It also acknowledges the role of other organizations impacting on the transport system such as the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning and local governments. Develop our telecommunications network and telecommunications services and other information system services to urge the state’s transport system. We should conduct research relating to the performance of our functions and efficiently deal with any complaints relating to our performance. We work to various statutory and commercial regulatory standards, which are set out in VicTrack’s policies and procedures and we are flexible with all necessary public disclosures. Functions of VicTrack under the Act VicTrack is one of the key transport agencies recognized below the Act and its roles as a transport corporation are defined as primarily to support the transport system, for other purposes which support government policy and for commercial profit if the development or use will not compromise the current or tomorrow transport system. Our riches are primarily leased via Public Transport Victoria (ATV) to Victoria’s rail and tram operators, who are responsible for public transport services and ongoing management of the assets. The telecommunications' infrastructure that underpins our transport network is operated by VicTrack and leveraged to deliver telecommunications services to other government agencies. At VicTrack, our purpose is to see our transport prosperity delivering more for Victoria, but for us delivering more is about how we work and it is segment of everything we do. In reviewing and project managing applications for third parties, the Utility Services Manager is responsible for managing staff, planning and evaluating team work flows and ensuring approvals comply with the pertinent transport business standards including the Victorian Rail Industry Operators Standards, VicTrack Standards and the Australian Standards including mitigating all risks for VicTrack and ensuring current and coming transport requirements are not compromised.
