Our St Kilda Clinic is just off St Kilda road, with on-site parking, ideal for the south eastern suburbs commuters. The city clinic is centrally located next to the Sebel Hotel on Queen Street near the Collins street corner. The same premises incorporate Stable Health Clinic health services including Naturopathy, Pilates, Hypnotherapy, Counselling, Life Coaching, Acupuncture, Osteopathy, Kinesiology and Psychologists. We also offer relaxing massage at our beautiful Victorian rooms, as well as experienced masseuses for pregnancy massage therapy. Both clinics are open 7 days a week. At this stage we have 18 practitioners, myotherapy, specializing in deep tissue remedial massage, dry needling and sports massage therapy. My criteria are rigorous and only one in 20 qualified applicants are given the opportunity for supervised practice. My business expanded by training other experienced remedial massage practitioners to follow the broad direction of my deep tissue massage techniques. Within a year I found that I did not have enough hours in the day to accommodate all my booking requests. These methods also worked very well with cyclists and active sports clients who have found that the deep and strong sports massage therapy aids their recovery periods after intensive exercise. This resulted in developing my own brand of deep tissue massage techniques to reduce stiffness and aches, helping with pain reduction, increasing mobility and range of movement. I started my business in 1998 as a qualified masseuse with a focus on hard working clients who were developing chronic aches and pains.
